Naples Zoo cooperates in conservation programs both in and outside the wild for endangered species. The Zoo also plants a tree in Africa, Asia, or the Americas for each child visiting on a school field trip and even more for guests who become Zoo Members. A tree is also planted for each guest when a company hosts an event at the Zoo. 10% of the retail price of each stuffed plush predator or primate also funds conservation programs in Madagascar for lemurs as well as efforts to save Asia's tigers and Africa's lions.

Much more than a walk-thru zoo, this historic tropical garden and nationally accredited zoo features a full day of wildlife experiences to delight guests with the natural world to inspire the conservation of our planet's remaining wild areas and their wondrous inhabitants. Daily presentations included the hand-feeding giant reptiles at Alligator Bay, Meet the Keeper Series, Snake Sunbathing, along with two premiere presentations in the Safari Canyon theater where guests see live animals from feline predators to venomous snakes along with exciting video footage.
