We are able to negotiate amazing deals by using a “buy in bulk” concept which allows Deazzle to receive unbeatable deals that you can’t find anywhere else. By setting a minimum number of people who must sign up for the Deazzle, we are promising businesses lots of customers, as well as new customers.
The unique thing about Deazzle is that Deazzle’s subscribers act as one large group so you don’t have to get a group of people to sign up to get the Deazzle. Is there a fee to create an account or to receive the Daily Deazzle emails?
No – Deazzle lets you open an account and receive the daily emails or text messages for free! Your provider may charge you a text message fee depending upon the plan you have with your phone company.
How can I receive the Daily Deazzle via text?
When you sign up to receive the Daily Deazzle via email, there is a link in that email for you to Click to receive the Daily Deazzle via text, or log in and go to My Deazzles and add the text message preference. Almost forgot, on the bottom of each email that you receive from us there is a link to sign up for text messaging.
How do I purchase the Deazzle?
If you like the day’s Deazzle, click the “Buy Now!” button to join the group. Each Deazzle has a goal number that must be met in order for the Deazzle to be successful. The goal number is the minimum number of people that must sign up for the Deazzle. You’ll enter your billing information when you click the “Buy Now!” button but you will not be charged unless the minimum number of people has signed up for the Deazzle. If the minimum number isn’t reached, you’re not charged a thing.
Can I purchase a Deazzle as a gift?
Yes, you can purchase a Deazzle to give to your friends and family (even though your name is printed on the eCertificate you can still give it to some else to use).
What happens after I click “Buy Now!”?
You’ll receive an email notifying you that you are signed up for the Deazzle. Keep in mind, you’ll only be charged if the minimum number is met.
When is my credit card charged?
If the minimum number is met by the deal’s deadline, your credit card is charged (this charge usually goes through some time after midnight).
Do you store my credit card information?
No. Your credit card number is securely transmitted directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our computers. Some people would prefer that we save this information, but for your security, we’ll ask that you enter this information each time.
What happens if the minimum number isn’t reached?
If the minimum number isn’t reached, you aren’t charged a penny!
How do I know if the minimum was met and I will receive the Deazzle?
If the minimum number is met before the deal’s deadline then everyone who signed up receives the Deazzle and you’ll receive a Confirmation email!
When do I receive my Deazzle eCertificate?
You will receive your Deazzle eCertificate in your inbox the next day once your credit card transaction has been verified.
What do I do with my Deazzle eCertificate?
Look at the “How to redeem the Deazzle eCertificate” in the Deal’s Info section (If the deal is still going on, you will find this on the website. If you’ve already purchased, this information is on the eCertificate). It has the directions for you to redeem the Deazzle eCertificate. Typically you’ll print the eCertificate and give to your waiter or the store merchant with your bill. Make sure you bring a valid government issued ID with you when redeeming your eCertificate. If your eCertificate is given to someone as a gift, make sure he/she brings his/her government issued ID when redeeming. To prevent fraud and counterfeiting the merchant may record your name and ID number.
When can I begin using my Deazzle eCertificate?
Look at the “Date you can begin using this Deazzle eCertificate” in the Deal’s Info section which states the date when the Deazzle eCertificate can start to be used after you purchase it.
When does the Deazzle eCertificate expire?
Look at the “Expiration Date” in the Deal’s Info section which states how long you have to use the Deazzle eCertificate once you purchase it.
If I don’t use the entire amount of the eCertificate can I save the remainder amount for my next visit?
Each Deazzle has no cash value so you must use the entire amount on one visit unless the Deal’s Info section states otherwise.
How does the advertising business know I have a Deazzle eCertificate?
We’ve provided the business with a list of valid serial numbers that have been randomly assigned for each Deazzle.
What if I have a non-expired Deazzle eCertificate and that particular merchant goes out of business?
Contact us. In these economic times, this can happen. We’ve done our best to bring you offers from companies that we expect to be around. We’ll deal with these on a one-by-one basis. We want you to be happy!

Can I change my mind to not purchase the Deazzle?
Yes, prior to the deal closing, you can go into your account and cancel your purchase.
I missed yesterday’s deal, can I still purchase it?
No – Each daily Deazzle is only offered for a specified period of time. Once that time has passed, there is nothing that we can do to get you that deal.
What is the return policy?
Each purchase is final so there are no returns allowed. If you have extenuating circumstances, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
