CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (CSA):

We are looking for a happy, friendly, patient, intelligent problem solver to communicate with people via telephone or email. You may be the only person our customers speak to, so you must be able to represent Deazzle well.

Job Requirements:

OUTSIDE SALES: We are looking for highly motivated, fun, and intelligent outside sales people to identify, research and develop relationships with businesses that want to offer products/services on the Deazzle website. This is a commission only sales position. You do NOT need to commit 100% of your time to Deazzle.

Job Summary:

Proactively pursue and research high integrity businesses to offer products/services on website 

Work cooperatively with Deazzle team to grow existing customer satisfaction and to gain new customers

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner

Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures

Contact customers following sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

Set up and maintain customer files / information

Be someone of uncompromising integrity

Have a competitive spirit and be driven to achieve success

Be passionate about making a difference in your community

Required Skills:
